Height, age and weight restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of our customers.
These restrictions relate to our usual summer operations.
Height Restrictions:
Bumper Boats 130cm+ (single riders only)
Jungle Jeeps Driver 120cm+ (accompanied by caregiver aged 16+)
Jungle Jeeps Driver 130cm+ (unaccompanied)
Jungle Jeeps Passenger 110cm+
Formula Fun Karts Driver 140cm+
Formula Fun Karts Passenger 110cm+ (must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+)
Lazy River 110cm+ (Small children may ride when accompanied by a caregiver with a full access pass)
All water slides 120cm+
Fantasyland Express Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by caregiver aged 16+
Height charts are situated at various rides.
Weight Restrictions:
Go-karts ,Bumper Boats and Jungle Jeeps Max weight limit is 125kg.
All water slides Max weight limit is 150kg (this is combined weight of two people on the Double Dipper).
SPECTATOR Access Wristbands:
If you have a Spectator or Free 0-5 Yrs wristband you can access Pools, Train, Mini-Golf and Merry Go Round. No slide access.
Supervision Rules:
5 & under - Caregiver aged 16+ must be in the pool within arm's reach.
8 & under - Caregiver aged 16+ must actively supervise and be ready to assist.
Ages 9 to 11 - Must be accompanied by a caregiver aged 16+.
Children must be able to swim confidently to go on the outdoor slides and pools. Adults can accompany a child on all dry rides.
Ratio’s of adults to children
5 & Under - ONE adult to TWO 5 yr olds & under
8 & Under - ONE adult to FOUR 6-8 yr olds
Mix of ages - ONE adult to ONE 5 yr & under + THREE 6-8 yr olds
Rides and slides close at 5.30pm.
Queue management will be in place earlier to ensure those in the queue get to ride. We recommend you ride your favourite rides first!
